Hi, I’m James Sanders!

I research AI policy at CNAS, with a focus on compute policy.

Previously, I worked for Epoch AI studying AI Supercomputers (ie, datacenters or GPU clusters), and was a quant trader. Before that, I majored in math with lots of philosophy and economics at Rice University.
